Free School Meals

If you feel that your child may be entitled to free school meals, please contact 01302 735336. All applications for free school meals have to be completed online www.doncaster.gov.uk/freeschoolmeals.  

Arrival/ departure at/from school during lunchtime.

If your child is absent any time in the morning (e.g. for an appointment) and you wish them to receive a school meal, you must inform school before 9am on the same day.

Due to food hygiene regulations, we can only keep a meal warm for up to half an hour and we are not allowed to reheat food. So, if your child will be returning after 12:15 pm, please make sure they have already eaten or bring a packed lunch with them. 

Please telephone school when you are on your way back to school (after an appointment). This helps us to ensure that a member of staff is ready to greet your young person when they arrive.

Please note, if pupils are collected from school during the lunchtime period, school cannot guarantee that they will receive their lunch dependent on the time.
