Statutory Financial Information

This page includes the range of statutory financial information the Trust must publish.

Accounts: Nexus Multi Academy Trust is required to publish its annual accounts, which must be signed off by the end of December each year.

In conjunction with these accounts, we also publish an annual report to bring more detail to the activities of the Trust.

The Trust must publish annually a Gender Pay Gap report.

Executive Pay: The Trust is required to publish details of executive pay exceeding £100,000.

Trade Union Facility Time: The Trust publishes an annual statement, which can be found below.

The Trust must also publish its Articles of Association, Master Funding Agreement and each supplemental funding agreement for each academy.
