Virtual Sing and Sign Concert 2021

Hello everyone!

As promised, DARTS have a virtual version of Sing + Sign Concert ready for all the Special School Students in Doncaster. Whether they are in school or at home, this is a great way of bringing music into your learning. All the songs and full concert are here and also on YouTube if that is an easier link for you to use here

As we couldn’t get together in person this year, we didn’t want to miss the opportunity to share the fantastic songs created by your young people in our Doncaster schools. 

There is no need to book and obviously no restriction on how many pupils can take part. We would encourage you to treat this as a live event on Friday 15th January to create more of a buzz for pupils, but if the timing doesn’t work for you, you are welcome to watch the concert at a time/ date that suits you. 

We have been posting one song a day in the build-up to the event on our social media, so please make sure you are following @we_aredarts and @DonMusEdHub on twitter for updates. Please feel free to tag us on social media/ send us photos of you getting involved.

We invite everyone to get involved by learning the lyrics and singing and Makaton signing along with Lucy in the videos that you can download on this page in the run up to the event.  All the songs are available now and include Makaton signed films for you to follow. We understand that some schools will not be able to allow singing under the current restrictions- if that is the case just watch and sign along instead! We do hope you can join us.
