Our topic: 

Communication and Literacy

We will be using all of our senses to enjoy a variety of books about hot and cold countries. We will be working on communicating with one another, in our own individual methods. We will be exploring a range of stimuli, both hot and cold, different textures, and working on relevant vocabulary. We will experience listening to a range of environmental sounds and showing our feelings about them. We will continue to work on our choice making so that we can be an effective communicator. We will be engaging in activities on Poetry Day.

Cognition

We will be working on our fine motor skills, grasping and holding a variety of different objects, working with others to pass items on. Some of us will be working on picking things up, and solving problems, such as putting objects into and getting objects out of a variety of different containers, such as boxes or bags. Some of us will be responding to stimuli and tracking a range of items. Some of us will be focusing on our sequencing skills and doing simple puzzles. 

PSHCE/RSE

We will be working on our fine motor skills, grasping and holding a variety of different objects, working with others to pass items on.
